We built a custom member platform around the way a martial-arts club actually works, including the physical access hardware at the entrance.
The brief
01 · The challenge
A busy club has different needs for members, instructors and administrators. Generic membership tools leave schedules, attendance, personal training and physical access split across separate routines.
02 · The response
The platform gives each role a focused experience while keeping the underlying membership data connected. A member's phone becomes their plan, profile and key to the building.

Instructors see the day's classes, rosters, waitlists and attendance without navigating a heavyweight admin system.

We built both the QR access software and the connected scanner that opens the club door for valid members.
